SUE CHIN

SUE CHIN is an Associate with the firm's Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments.

A graduate of New York Law School, Ms. Chin brings with her bankruptcy experience that includes clerking for the Hon. Randolph Baxter of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio and volunteer work with the City Bar Justice Center Consumer Bankruptcy Project in New York City NYC providing debt counseling to low-income families.

In addition to her J.D., Ms. Chin holds an LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John's University School of Law where she graduated with honors. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
